ClickFunnels Button Actions Explained

One of the game-changing features of ClickFunnels is it’s drag-and-drop visual page editor.

It’s super easy to use and makes it fast and simple to create professional-looking sales funnels in a just a few clicks, even if you don’t have any design or programming skills.

There are a lot of different elements you can add to your pages such as: headlines, images, buttons and more…

But in this post I want to concentrate on buttons…specifically the different actions that you can assign to those buttons.

So, currently, you’re able to assign a few different actions to buttons, which include…

Submit the form / page – This is what you would select if you had an optin form on the page, such as a field to collect an email address.
Open the pop up – For each page you’re able to design and customize a popup, which you can use as a two-step optin or as an exit pop. If you would like to take advantage of this feature, you would select this action.
Go to website URL – Select this action if you want users to be taken to a custom URL when they click the button.
Go to next step in funnel – This action takes people to the next step in your sales funnel.
Scroll to row / section on page – This action automatically scrolls people to a specific location on your page.
Show / hide action – Select this action if you want particular elements to hide or show when the user clicks the button.

Hopefully that helps clarify what each of these actions mean and do…

But if you still have questions related to buttons or anything else pertaining to ClickFunnels, you can usually find the answer in the ClickFunnels Help Center.

And if you haven’t already signed up for ClickFunnels, I want to let you know about a special offer that not a lot of people know exists…

It’s called Funnel Hacks.

Funnel Hacks is the only deal or discount that exists for ClickFunnels and will not only give you access to some incredibly valuable bonuses that will help you make a ton more money with ClickFunnels if you actually implement them, but investing in Funnel Hacks will also save you hundreds of dollars on your ClickFunnels membership.
